  • Slab Prep Inspections

    Slab Prep Inspections

Check the structural foundation of your new home is defect-free. The Slab Prep Inspection is perhaps the most critical inspection of any stage of construction. This is partly due to the fact that in most cases the concrete is poured the very next day, effectively covering over all work to date, for good.

  • Frame Inspections

    Frame Inspections

Check the structure of your new home is strong and true. As well as the basics, we also inspect the critical areas such as the bracing and tie downs. These are critical structural aspects of your new home investment. This is the bones of your home, the guts, it’s what keeps it standing during storms and freak weather events.

  • Pre-Plasterboard Inspections

    Pre-Plasterboard Inspections

Similar to the concrete slab, this is your last chance to check that the structure of your home is completed to a high standard before it is covered over. The carpenters should have by now returned to rectify defects from our initial Frame inspection report, which makes this a crucial inspection stage before plasterboard is installed.

  • Pre-paint / Waterproofing Inspections

    Pre-paint / Waterproofing Inspections

Check for quality workmanship by the finishing trades. No matter how good the structure of the home is, the finishing trades have the ability to make or break your dreams. We check everything from plasterboard installation & wall straightness, to skirtings & architraves.

  • Practical Completion / Final Inspections

    Practical Completion / Final Inspections

Check final-stage defects are identified & addressed before handover. Everything from paint to brick masonry defects are inspected. Defects reported form part of your Practical Completion defects list to be issued to the builder.

  • Post-Handover Inspections
