Our Company Director, Greg Jones is an old school tradesman who commenced his apprenticeship after enlisting in the Australian Army at age 16. From a regimented military carpentry & joinery apprenticeship, to subcontract carpenter, commercial building estimator, new home builder, QCAT expert witness, and building inspector, Greg’s 30+ years of experience speaks for itself.

Whilst always remaining a humble and modest approach, he will never claim to have seen it all, but he has seen enough. Enough to know that the innocent punter out there needs a helping hand when dealing with the vast majority of volume-based house builders.

New home construction is a minefield for the uninitiated. Don’t allow yourself to be swept up by the salesperson’s assurances because once you’re build commences, you are on your own. Names are forgotten, you are now a number!

True, most builders have good intensions but unfortunately most are also driven by profit, resulting in unrealistic targets, over worked supervisors, pressured, and rushed tradespeople. The result…defective and poor workmanship, cost blowouts, damaged products, and extended timeframes.
